Core
Golfer Management
The Golfers tab is your league dashboard — a live view of every player's handicap index, rounds played, and 20-round average.
Add as many players as your league has. Each golfer stores their full score history and handicap progression.
Each player's Handicap Index is calculated automatically and displayed alongside rounds played and 20-round score average.
Tap any golfer to see every round they've posted — date, course, tee, score, differential, and running handicap at that point in time.

Post a Score
The Post tab handles every scoring scenario — 18 holes, front 9, back 9, home games, away rounds, and same-day double rounds.
Search tens of thousands of courses by name, city, or state. Rating and slope values load automatically for the selected tee.
Choose Front 9, 18 Holes, or Back 9 for any round. Each selection uses the correct tee rating and slope for that portion of the course.
Post two 9-hole rounds on the same day and the app combines them into one full 18-hole differential. No score is wasted.
Tag each round as Home, Away, or Tour. Useful for leagues that track where rounds are played.
Post scores for multiple golfers in succession. After posting, the app automatically advances to the next golfer so you stay in a rhythm.
Tap Course Handicap before a round to see each golfer's course-specific handicap and maximum allowable score for the tee they're playing.

Tee Sheet Builder
Create a professional tee sheet for any round — assign players to tees, then generate a shareable PDF in seconds.
The app builds a clean, print-ready PDF tee sheet with each player's name, tee assignment, handicap index, and course handicap.
Assign any combination of players to any tee at the selected course. Supports multiple tees and groups in one sheet.
Share the PDF via Messages, Mail, AirDrop, or any other app. Send it to your group the night before so everyone shows up ready.
After the round
Publish & Share Scores
Let your league members see the latest results on their own devices — without needing access to the admin's phone.
From the Golfers tab, tap "Publish & Share with Members." The app sends an email to all golfers with a secure link to view their scores.
Members enter the token from the email into the ForeFun Golf GPS app to view the full league standings on their own iPhone or Android phone.
Each league uses a unique token so only members who receive the email can view the published scores.
Data & account
Backup, Restore & Export
Your league data is protected. Back up to the cloud, restore to any device, or export the full history as a CSV file.
Go to Settings → Backup / Restore, tap the action menu in the top-right corner, choose Back Up Now, and confirm. Your full data uploads to our secure server.
Sign in on a new iPhone or iPad, go to Backup / Restore, and tap "Restore Backup." All golfers, scores, and handicap history come back instantly.
Export up to 1,000 of the most recent scores to a CSV file from Settings. Open it in Excel, share it with the club, or archive it at season end.
Course data
Extensive Course Database
Tens of thousands of courses worldwide with accurate tee ratings and slope values — and the tools to fix or add anything that's missing.
Search courses in the United States and worldwide. Ratings and slopes are pre-loaded for each tee so posting a score is fast.
If a course's rating, slope, or par is wrong, open it from Favorites and tap Edit Course. Changes apply immediately to all future scores at that course.
Playing a course that isn't in the database? Go to Post → Add Course, fill in the required information, and save. It's available immediately.
